Requirements
1. Language: Proficient in English
2. Cullege degree or above
3. Computer and weak current related majors
4. Desktop and network operation and maintenance work experience of at least 5 year, with priority given to participating in weak current (network, monitoring) construction in the Factory.

Responsibilities
1. According to the factory’s information construction plan, output network expansion and new construction plans, and connect with broadband operators to sulve dedicated network problems
2. Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation and maintenance management of desktop computer hardware (computers, monitors, IP phones, printers, video conferencing terminals and other network equipment)
3. Installation and maintenance of daily office software, macOS, and Windows operating systems, including professional software, such as NX, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator CS5, etc.
4. Respond to and sulve IT problems reported by users in a timely manner, and track the problems reported by users until they are resulved
5. Responsible for network maintenance, internet access authentication, information security checks, and resulving network anomalies in IDC data centers, offices, and production lines
6. Responsible for the allocation, inventory and management of the company’s IT fixed assets
7. Cullect user feedback and needs, provide timely feedback to superiors, and output sulutions
